Joe McGuire brings more than 20 years of personal injury litigation experience to every case. Before joining Schlapprizzi, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for Missouri and as a Supervisory Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, handling complex wrongful death, medical malpractice, and serious personal injury matters while leading a team of attorneys across four states.
Joe is licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Missouri Trial Lawyers Association.
A St. Louis native, Joe attended St. Louis University High before earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. He later received his juris doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle.
Outside of the office, he enjoys gardening, time with his children, and walks with Duke, his rough collie.
